For one-time reservations. Monthly reservations use a separate rental agreement.

1. Park Only in Your Assigned Space Vehicles must be parked only in the space assigned to the customer account. Parking in another customer's space or in an unauthorized area is prohibited. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. 2. Parking Spaces Are for Parking Only Assigned spaces may be used only for temporary vehicle parking. Mechanical work, repairs, maintenance, oil changes, fluid draining, part replacement, tire work, welding, use of jacks or compressors, and similar activities are prohibited. 3. No Repair or Maintenance Work No repair, maintenance, oil changes, tire replacement, or other mechanical work may be performed anywhere on the property. If a vehicle cannot be moved because of an emergency, contact property management. 4. No Dumping of Any Kind Dumping trash, debris, household waste, commercial waste, tires, hazardous materials, human waste, urine bottles, bodily fluids, sanitation waste, or other materials anywhere on the property is prohibited. 5. No Tires on the Ground Tires may not be dumped, abandoned, or left anywhere on the property. 6. Dumpster Use Is Limited The dumpster is a courtesy and may only be used for limited, incidental waste related to parking use. Household trash, commercial waste, tires, hazardous materials, medical waste, human waste, urine bottles, bodily fluids, and sanitation waste are prohibited. 7. Do Not Leave Items Around the Dumpster Nothing may be placed on top of, beside, behind, or around the dumpster. Such activity is treated as unauthorized dumping. 8. Additional Items Prohibited from the Dumpster The dumpster may not be used for mattresses, bed springs, tree limbs, logs, deceased animals, furniture, carpet, wood, crates, pallets, metal poles, fencing, rocks, dirt, concrete, large appliances, or large automobile parts. 9. Do Not Share Gate Access Gate passes or access credentials may not be shared. Customers may not provide access to anyone who is not properly registered with management. 10. Only Registered Drivers and Authorized Persons May Access the Property Individuals accessing the yard must be properly registered in the system. 11. No Suspicious or Illegal Activity Suspicious activity of any kind is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and removal from the property. Anyone witnessing suspected criminal activity firsthand is instructed to call 911. 12. Customers Are Responsible for Their Drivers and Guests Customers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their drivers, employees, contractors, and guests while on the property. 13. Do Not Use Unassigned Spaces Customers may not independently move into, change, add, or use another parking space without management approval. 14. Relocate Vehicles When Directed by Management Management may require a vehicle, truck, or trailer to be temporarily relocated for property maintenance. Customers are required to comply within the stated time period. 15. Containers Must Have Proper Legs and Footing Containers may not be dropped or parked without proper support and stabilization. The agreement requires suitable footing, including 4 × 4 boards or stronger where applicable. 16. Do Not Move or Damage Parking Divider Boards Customers and drivers may not use, borrow, move, or damage the boards used to divide parking spaces. 17. No Abusive Behavior Aggression, verbal threats, abusive language, harassment, or similar conduct is prohibited and may result in termination of parking privileges. 18. Follow Management Instructions and Property Rules Violations of the parking rules may result in fines, towing, removal of vehicles or equipment, cleanup charges, termination of parking privileges, or other enforcement action. 19. Customers Are Responsible for Their Vehicles and Property Ocala 3, LLC does not assume responsibility for theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or other property parked or stored on site.
